Expedited shipping on personalized items is only applied upon receiving finished personalized item. Please note that if you require delivery on a Saturday, you must contact our customer service department for assistance. We make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 60 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit up to 90 days. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Sterling silver Schnauzer

I absolutely loved the Schnauzer, but more importantly my friend who received it before Christmas so her deceased Schnauzer could be with the family for Christmas loved it so much, she broke down in tears. CLEO was beautiful in life and will be beautiful forever. The detail is magnificent. I know the Bassett will be just as perfect. THANK YOU!!

The Schnauzer Sculpture is amazing in its detail and likeness to the real dog. It provides a likeness of of a real dog than is not allowed by our condo association.
